Values Based Value Chains: Opportunities for Michigan Agriculture

The C.S. Mott Group for Sustainable Food Systems (now CRFS) at Michigan State University developed a presentation to be given to the West Michigan Environmental Action Council.  The main goals of the presentation consisted of the following:

  • understanding why value chains are important
  • explaining what a value chain is
  • learning ways to initiate and sustain value chains
