DOWNLOAD

February 29, 2024 - Samantha Stokes & Alex Jackman-Wheitner

The Time Management Workbook for Food & Farm Entrepreneurs is designed specifically to make business planning achievable and approachable. This workbook includes a task prioritization roadmap and guide, task planners, and templated resources available in a shared Google Drive. As seen through this workbook, this information is shared through multiple methods, including video, and intends to support business owners who would like to scale their business.

The Michigan State University Center for Regional Food Systems Business Assistance team partnered with Alex Jackman-Wheiter of Alex JW Coaching to create these tools. Jackman-Wheiter provided valuable expertise in advising entrepreneurs with ADHD and other neurodivergences. These resources are made to be helpful for anyone, but particularly for entrepreneurs who may struggle with figuring out the next step to reach their goals.

Food and Farm entrepreneurs who would like help breaking down their work into manageable tasks will benefit from exploring these resources. The planners and guides aim to provide examples of ways to strengthen time management, but encourage the entrepreneur to experiment with them in ways that make sense for their business.
