Pasture-based Agriculture: Overviews and Opportunities

The C.S. Mott Group for Sustainable Food Systems (now CRFS) at Michigan State University has produced several reports and publications pertaining to the benefits to farmers, consumers and communities of Pasture Based Agriculture as a model of livestock production in Michigan.  As outlined in the reports below, there is great potential to expand the market and address the unmet demand for pasture-raised products.
