Succeeding with Food Hubs: Financial Planning and Food Safety Webinar

The Michigan Food Hub Network hosted a webinar on financial planning and food safety for food hubs. Speakers and topics included:

  • Joe Colyn of Originz, to take us through the Trainers Resource Guide, a new website full of financial tools and resources for farmers and food hubs that are training farmers
  • Natasha Lantz of the U.P. Food Exchange, sharing the latest on food safety pilot work happening with farmers in the Upper Peninsula
  • Phil Tocco with MSU Extension, to answer food safety questions of farmers and food hubs.
