This Michigan Food Hub Network webinar featured presentations on food hub efforts to supply institutional markets in Colorado and Iowa, from Real Food Colorado; the Weld County, CO, Department of Public Health & Environment; and Iowa State University Extension's Northeast Iowa Food and Fitness Project. Garrett Ziegler, with MSU Extension and a CRFS affiliate, also presented on the newly-created Michigan Farm to Institution Network.
